The development involves the redevelopment of the former ABC cinema site, which has been derelict for over two decades, to deliver 167 later living apartments.

The architecture pays homage to the site’s history, reflecting both the iconic Art Deco cinema that once stood on the 1.5-acre brownfield site and the mid-century town hall that faces the building.
