Celebrating a new project win in Leeds
We are excited to share that Dearneside Fabrications has been awarded the contract to provide the balcony package at the Whitehall Riverside scheme!
Working alongside Bowmer & Kirkland, this new development will bring about 500 new homes to Leeds City Centre, consisting of one, two, and three-bedroom Build to Rent apartments. The amenities will include a concierge, lobby, gym, 60 parking spaces, podium gardens, and terraces – AND retail space on the ground floor!
