Our completed works on The Royal Exchange.

We are pleased to share new site photos from The Royal Exchange, showcasing the Dearneside Fabrications team’s completed works.

For this project, we carried out an extensive balcony and full architectural metalwork package, opting to feature several different styles of balustrades across the development.

The scheme, located in Kingston Upon Thames, is one that we have been working on for St. George, member of the Berkely Group, since 2020. Royal Exchange offers a choice of one, two and three bedroom apartments. These high specification homes offer superb facilities, including a residents only gym, 24-hour concierge and screening room.

It truly has been a fantastic project to work on, and especially great to see how our hard work has paid off to create such an incredible housing development!
