We are pleased to announce we have secured a significant project for Bouygues, a new London-based client.

We will be supplying the balconies on Phase 3 of the Hallsville Quarter development in Canning Town, one of London’s biggest regeneration projects.

Phase 3 will deliver an integrated health centre under an innovative new model with local health partners, 12,109 sq ft of business accommodation, 16,630 sq ft of leisure space, a new basement car park for 143 vehicles, and new public spaces, including fountains and play areas.

Phase 3 continues the masterplan, with the first two phases having already delivered 528 new homes, a 196-room hotel, new restaurants, shops, a gym, leisure spaces, a car park and enhanced public realm.

In total, the Hallsville Quarter development, which is part of the £3.7bn Canning Town and Custom House regeneration project, will provide 1,100 new homes.
